A few months ago I received a doctors bill requesting immediate payment, as Essential Med was refusing to pay for it, despite the fact that Ihad been a member of essential med for about a year! I forwarded this email onto Essential Med, and was immediately informed that my request would take 30 working days to process.2 months went by, and I heard nothing! I was thereafter handed over to the doctors lawyers to demand payment from me. I emailed essential med again but receieved no response. I then forwarded these emails to amanda at essential med, requesting urgent service as I was now having legal action taken against me. I also expressed disappointment in the level of servcie received! And further stated I no longer wished to be a member, and no further money should be deducted from my account. I still heard nothing.yesterday I emailed amanda again, requesting to be put in contact with a supervisor so as to lodge a formal complaint. I further stated that under no circumstances should they deduct any moeny from my account as I no longer wished to be a member! Imagine my surprise when I woke up this morning to find that despite two requests to cancel my membership, it wasn't, and money was deducted
