Good day,

I am shocked at how disorganised FNB has become! I have a disability protection plan on my credit card that was sold to me over the phone in 10 min, about 2 months ago I submitted a claim for temporary disability, my claim was rejected (I am still not happy about this) after spending hundreds of rands on my phone.
After the rejection in the beginning of Oct I requested FNB to remove this policy from my name as it has no value to me! Yesterday I went onto my banking and noticed that the have taken more money off my account???

Today I went to the branch at Woodbridge to try and get this thing off my name once and for all. I arrived at the bank at 15:15 knowing the bank closes at 15:30. I explained to the helpful consultant what has happened here. She had to call her manager to find out what she has to do, after phoning about 10 nrs I spoke to a Sipho in the call centre and he just put me through to switchboard again. At 16:45 I was still in the bank a hour and a half and still no result, the manager said he will try again tomorrow! Mark my words if 1 more payment is taken off from my account, I will close my account over R30... You decide if its worth it!!!
