ACCOUNT PROTECTION PLAN

I was put on medical leave for 6 months since 14/12/2012 - got all the necessary documents and went to see customer service dept at Edgars Eastgate. All necessary documents for temporary disability were given and submitted on the 04/03/2013. I was told to contact Finrite in connection with this claim - my Account Protection Plan is under written by Hollard Life. I have phoned several times to speak to lady by the name of Palesa. Last week I received a letter that my account had now been handed over to a collection agency.
On the 06/08/2013 afraid I immediately contact Palesa and my call my escaluated to apparently her supervisor Happy who informed me that still no news had been received from my insurance regarding my claim.
Today is the 19/08/2013 and Palesa or Happy have NOT contacted me regarding this matter.
You cannot tell me that a URGENT matter like this takes several months to sort out and what happens to my account in the meantime. This customer service is a disgrace and a disappointment for me who has an Edgars Account and an Account Protection Plan.
