Today, after 4 and a half years being insolvent, FNB Card Division took a payment out of my bank account, which can not be reversed.
After spending hundreds of Rands on a prepaid phone, I eventually got hold of someone who can not help me, and will have to get back to me.
It is completely illegal for FNB to take funds out of my account without my authorization, or even notifying me of this.
