I have been banking with FNB since I can remember, today I tried to call them to just get MY bank statements and I have been on the phone 3 times each time I spend about 10 minutes per call I am now on the phone for the 4th time trying to talk to someone. the first time was the closest I got be being answered and all that happened was they picked up and hung up on me. I am still currently on the phone with the tellers department and my calls time says: 8:42. so please tell how FNB is helping any body if they cant even answer their office phones???
in one word FNB has become: PATHETIC
