I called the Nashua Mobile Nedcor branch to check on a device I'd ordered. The phone rang and rang and rang. I then called the national call center to check whether there was an alternative number on the Nedcor branch, and they only had the number that I got on the internet. I then tried the number again and it rang for a really long time, must have rang for close to 5 minutes, someone then picked the phone up and hung up. I then called the national call center AGAIN, and asked one of the agents to put me through to management, so I could make a complaint. I then held for another 3 to 4 minutes. I hung up and tried the Nedcor branch again, and they answered. When I explained my frustration, the young lady who answered got huffy with me and said they couldn't answer phones as they were servicing clients in store. Nashua mobile, I am shocked at how you treat customers, both at branch level and on the national call center. EPIC FAIL and as a customer for over 10 years, I am disgusted that a brand I have supported for all these years, has no idea of how to be client centric.
