WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO SERVICE

I called MTN East Rand Mall today 14/9/2013 (Closest to Clicks) to enquire about a new contract. I called 3 times on a cell number and every time the call is rejected. The 4th time I called a gent answered the phone and unfortunately I was so frustrated at the time that I missed the gent's name who answered the call. I am sure with a couple of questions asked, the guilty one will surface. I asked him why is it that the call I made was rejected 3 times, and he side stepped my question and asked me can he help me. I repeated myself and his answer was that there is something wrong with that phone. My reply was why are they using a faulty phone (THIS IS MTN remember) to serve customers, and "plonk" down he put's the phone. Nice to have a leading cell phone provider's staff member throw a phone in your ear. What does he care. I have between myself and my wife 6 MTN contracts and this is the type of service one gets. Either MTN does not care about it's client's or the youngster needs customer relation training seriously. I hope to hear from some one soon to resolve this matter. Thanks
