At the below mentioned time and date I phoned fnb online banking (who's service are always nothing short of exceptional) I spoke to a gentlemen. My request was for a cheque to be cleared on the day it was deposited. the gentlemen said that he will put me through to business banking... and this is where the drama started. the call was Picked up (the consultant said nothing) and then the call was dropped. I phoned several times after this happened, every time selecting a different option hoping to speak to any consultant. But to no avail. i finally phoned online banking again because they answer there phones and told a lady called Wahida about my frustration. she put me through and assisted me and finally got a consultant to tell me that I had to phone my bank. My Company is supposed to be a corporate client... we have 9 bank accounts and have got 5 different companys currently banking with FNB. Perhaps FNB should spend less time and money on there advertising campaigns and more on client service! I am the Managing director of this group of companies and today my most valuable asset (time) was wasted by a bank claiming to be innovative when in reality they are bland and average!
