Cannot get my call answered

I reported credit card some weeks ago. It was annoying waiting about 8 minutes for the phone to be answered. In any event, I tried following up on 3 September, but gave up as the call centre never answered my call. The same thing happened today. I gave up after 10 minutes., BUT CALLS NOT ANSWERED - TIME TO CHANGE BANKS AFTER SOME 32 YEARS?
