FNB deposits accepted without crediting my account

I have had my doubts on the new ATM cash deposit system. Recently I have deposited cash using the ATM only. I deposited an amount of R2850, but the machine read the cash as R2650. I have counted the money before performing the transaction, as I had the same problem at another ATM in the same branch on the same day.

As the macine clearly read the notes incorrectly, I cancelled the transaction, only to be returned R2650.

I have enquired with FNB as to the balance of R200 which was not returned to me. They called me once, saying they will be closing as it is 5 o clock and haven't contacted me yet.

Effectively, FNB has earned R200, ag=fter incurring no expense. Thats 100% profit ratio.

This was the second time it happened, as previously the ATM retained a note, which FNB did not know which note it was... this was during December 2012 and my account has still not been credited.

FNB- HOW CAN YOU HELP ME???
Really, you need to change your slogan.
