All payments up to date yet CredBureau not updated

I got my credit report in March 13 and saw that according to them I still had balances owing for BFS dating back as far as 2012. Went to their offices 3 months in a row to confirm whether they had sent through an update request. Eventually I stopped asking and assumed they will do it. Seeing as how the only response I was give was: I tried calling them but they were busy.

In retrospect, this makes me wonder if these phone calls ever took place or whether this was just something said to appease me.

Nov 2013, all payments are up to date (excluding the one due 20112013). I just checked my credit report and no update has been sent. I have balances owing from July12, March, August and Sept 2013. U can imagine how this makes my credit exposure look. Unless this is BFS's way of saying, take up credit by us and we'll make sure you don't get credit elsewhere. Since we are just not bothered about your rating as long as you still take up credit with us.

I am rather disappointed, especially since I'm a loyal customer and we don't have problemsam Except this MAJOR one.

To me the solution is simple: contact the credit bureau and get them to update my profile OR are you too busy???
