On Friday 8 November I've done n card less deposit at the ATM. I've put in the account number and reference the atm asked me to put the money in the deposit opening. I put in the deposit slot R6000 (30 x R200). The atm counted the money. At the display window it said that some of the notes can't be accepted so the deposit slot opened up and some of the notes came out. When I took the notes the slot closed and on the display window it said transaction canceled. I received no slip of the transaction.
When I count the money only 15 notes came out of the ATM and the other 15 notes was in the ATM. We phone the number on the ATM but they told us to go the next morning and lock a complaint. I locked a complaint on Saturday 9 Nov at customer service they told me the ATM belongs to a different company and they will come on Monday 11 Nov and do the cash up and that they will phone me. No one phoned. I went back to customer service on Tuesday 12 Nov they told me they don't know yet it will take up to 9 days before the amount will be deposited into the account. They will phone me.
