I Applied for a loan on Thursday 31 October 2013, up to date NO FEEDBACK, I have been into the branch twice and they contacted our HR department 5 times already to confirm employment. every time I contact to find out what is happening nobody can tell me and there is somebody else to blame or a department that is stalling the process. I have NEVER experience such bad service from a bank!!!
