On the 14 of November 2013 I applied for a loan at African bank. Whilst still in the bank they notified me that the loan has been approved and I then signed a contract agreement in store. The employee (Matome Silas Mashatola) Agent code (019173) told me that the money would be in my account the following day. No funds where received so I phoned Head Office in which they told me that its still in assessment. I already used some of my money seeing as they told me the funds would be in the following day. I phoned them a couple of times after that and they informed me on the 19th of November 2013 that the loan has been rejected. I cannot see how 1 person can tell you one thing and the next says otherwise. Please sort this out for me the contract has been sighned by me and the employee of African bank. Which means it is valid and that I should receive the funds and so I want it! Thank You.
