Bad service for a long standing existing custome

I am a long standing customer of African Banks, probably going on 13 years. I currently have 3 accounts with African Bank all which were settled and sorted out very quickly, in fact in a matter of hours. I applied for a micro loan at African Bank fourways mall on monday 4th November, to date my loan has still not been processed because they are strugglying to get through to HR to confirm employment. I have phoned the call centre probably 10 - 15 times now to try and assist them with other numbers but still nothing has progressed and when I get put through to the confirmations department no one answers the phone. This loan is extremelly urgent, it is so urgent that has a massive impact on something very important in my life - my children. I cant understand why they wont let me give them more numbers to try and confirm employment or why it even has to be confirmed when I have 3 existing accounts & when I provided them with a payslip which has my employee number, commencement date, company details and salary on it. I am well and trully distressed and apalled that i would get such bad service from a company I have always held in the highest regard and with which I spend a lot of money!
