One step forward two steps back

I went into the branch at the Carlton Centre yesterday to replace my card, which was in the car when we were hijacked. ID and valid FICA document in hand- yet was still referred to the my bank for a FICA document, why I have no clue. My issue however is that the card has not been activated, I left the branch after Jabu assured me they would activate the card as the person who had to sign off on it was still in a meeting. Today I tried using the card and couldn't due to non-activation, I contacted the call centre who advised me that no paperwork had been received hence why the card was not activated, and that once they received the documents I would have to wait 48 hours for the card to be activated. I asked for the Carlton Centre branch no in order for me to contact Jabu to get the matter resolved as a matter of urgency but they Call Centre can't pick up a number for the Carlton branch, and I cannot find anything on the Internet, HOW DO I GET THIS SORTED TODAY?
