ANOTHER DISSAPOINTMENT, WHAT'S NEXT

A few years ago my husband passed on and i had to eventually come to Hello. Peter before i actually got a response from them about my childrens claims.

Four years later my mother has just recently passed on and i'm back on Hello. Peter because OLD MUTUAL has done it again, considering all the expenses that come with planning a decent funeral you would expect to get some assistance from your Group Scheme cover which claims they will make a payment within 5 days but guess what its been over a month now, i guess i should look forward to the same dilemna if i have to have any future mishaps.

I've enquired with your CPT and Nelspruit branches and noone has put their put forward to actually try and help.

OLD MUTUAL you're such a dissappointed and i regret every single experience with you. My family, friends and collegues have all seen my distress and judging from what they've seen i've advised them to not make the same mistake i made and with this you have certainly ruined your reputation.

You claim to be the leaders in your industry, so please lead by putting your clients first because this is getting OLD.
