I have been trying to make a claim at old mutual for my mother who passed on in December 2010.My problem is that every time I go to old mutual offices they tell me about the BI-1663 form and I have tried for more than 18 months to get this from from Home Affairs with no luck.
My question to old mutual is, how long should I wait for our incompetent home affairs to give me this form before I can make my claim?
