I have changed employers. And I thought it good to inform Old Mutual about this event that might affect claims if I might have to claim from them in future. But they have manged to egnore me after four calls I have made and a letter I faxed to them. I wonder what kind of experience my children will have to go through if they have to make a claim in future if I cannot even manage to get a response from them while I am still alive. If you do not respond I will seek other better insurance companies which know how to deal with its customers.
