Funeral cover not paying out!!!

I have joined the Old mutual funeral cover for myself and my kids aside and now my kid has passed away and old mutual is saying that he was not covered despite the documents I have received from them that my son is covered for the funeral cover, to my surprise now they are telling me that my son is not covered.
