Old Mutual
My claim has not been attended to

I have been paying Old Mutual Group Scheme for years now and I have not claimed in all this years. My spouse passed away on da 27th of May 2013 I submitted my claim on da 31st and I was sent to do so many affidavits of wich I did and on Monday the 3rd of June my claim was processed but up until today my claim has not been processed and im not getting any phone calls or anything from them.
