What a saga drama

I have tried and tried and tried again to have my credit card linked to my cheque account as it is easier for me to keep track of and transfer funds in and out of that way. Needless to say each time I am told that the credit card does not reflet on my profile. How is it possible to have been issues a credit card but there is no record of it? I dont have time to go and stand in the rediculously long Q's in the bank each and everytime something which should be easy to sort out via telcon isnt because standard bank doesnt seem to have its story straight. I have also tried to increase my internet banking monthly limit, called and the guys I spoke to confirmed it was done and needless to say it wasnt. The limit still reflects the same. I dont have the time to run back and forth to the bank, in this day and age Standard bank should fine tune their services and means of contact. I mean really!
