As discussed on Wednesday with the ladies that contacted me on behalf of my mother's complaint. The ladies promised that this will be sorted out latest by Monday. I am talking about the funds of R1500 that they suppose to transfer on my mothers account. They did confirm the received the release form/transfer form on Tuesday the 12th November 2013.
I urge may someone please sort this out, my mother cannot go up and down to check this as I mentioned in the first complaint she is old, retired woman.
I hope this will be the last time I am following up on this.
