Got paid Dec the 14th 2012, left money in my account, only to realise that Metropolitan tried collecting on the 24th Dec and it said insufficient funds and according to the bank statement there was money in my account then. I believe there was some December mayham that happened with Capitec Bank. I sent an e-mail informing them and then Lethlogonolo responded on the 11 January that she will assist after i supply with ID No or Policy number.
Never heard from that consultant until then. Today i am going through my bank statement and just discovered that there was no deduction on the 25th. There are funds available and i am so angry right now even called the 021 940 4682 number and waited on the line until i dropped it. Shall i wait for the 3rd month only to be told that my policy has lapsed after paying all these months. I demand Metropolitan to make the deduction or return all of my premiums paid so that i can go and join a funeral plan that will convenience my needs.
