Who gave you the permission to open a cover for me

Metropolitan activated a policy for me without my permission, they even have the guts to debit the money twice on my account? i didnt know about this when i went to the bank to get my statement coz MTN blocked my phone due to insufficient funds what suprised me is i left 800 for them to debit but to my suprise it was Metropolitan that took the money, i called the head office to report it but i was told to write a letter and cancel it but i wont get my money why should i cancel something i didnt open at the 1st place? my phone is blocked all because of u guys debiting money that didnt belong to u im so angry and i, m even thinking of taking this matter far cause its all i ask for is the money to be reversed back into my account so i can have a phone to use. I have been applying for jobs and now that my phone is suspended i, ll be missing out on important calls as im unemployed. What you guys did really hurt me serious im angry and so dissapointed for a great company as Metropolitan :-(
