For the 2nd time now within 3 months, Metropolitan has double deducted my premiums, last month the salary was late and i paid Metropolitan by hand and sent Moneeba an e-mail asking if they can see the payment and she confirmed that she can and that my account was up to date.
Monday 2 premiums went off and i sent Moneeba again an e-mail telling her about this and also requested a letter for 2nd premium to be reversed, she sent me an e-mail with different premiums that confused the out of me and i asked her her contact number yesterday and i have not heard any response.
The problem is that Capitec Bank wont reverse the payment without proof from them and the money they took was meant for my daughters school fees.
I demand a speedy response and for Metropolitan to stop any future debits as they are messing up my account, i will rather go and pay them by hand rather than this inconvenience.
