My mother passed away on the 30th of December 2011, she had a funeral policy that i recently found out about with metropolitan life. On the 9th of September 2013 i visited the nearest metropolitan and was told that the money from the policy had already been claimed and was paid out to my aunt Molly Moekoa. How does this happen when firstly im the executor of my mom's estate and secondly im the one who paid for all my mother's funeral expenses? The consultant i spoke to was the one who helped my aunt and all she said was that she was sorry and that i should confront my aunt but thats not good enough, isnt it metropolitan's duty to make sure that money is being paid out to the correct person and how can anyone just come and how can it be so easy for any random person to just come and claim? Im furious because even the funeral parlour the consultant mentioned didnt bury my mothe
