I took an investment policy with metropolitan life in the beginning of November and realixed after the policy was opened that it would be a total rip off, as i would put more money in that policy than i was actually guaranteed to get back, so called to close said policy and i was told to write a letter and send said letter with certified copy of my ID with 3 signatures on it to this number 0219173528 which i did on the 9-November-2013 and no debit order went of on my account at the end of november but somehow this month December-2013 metropolitan has took it upon themselves to debit money from my account for what i don't know, this is utter nonsense and i demand that my money be returned to me now, as i need that money!
