Good day, I find the service that Old Mutual is currently giving me, pathetic if you can even call it service. Last week I called the call centre, I was on the telephone, holding on for assistance, for 25 minutes. I then put the telephone down and emailed them requesting my tax certificate for my Life insurance policy but not feedback to date. The reference number I got via mail is RE: Tax certificate request - Old Mutual Enquiry --GSENQ788001. I find their service poor and will be cancelling all my policies. They are quick to take your money monthly but when you need after sales service, everything is delayed. If this issue is not resolved before close of business today i will be taking my almost R1000 i spend on my 4 policies business elsewhere. Regards, Nicole
