My Dad has a few old Mutual policies and he needed to find a local old mutual branch to get some updates with regrads to his policies. I tried your call centre which is beyond fustrating as you hang on to speak to a consultant but the options does not allow you to get that far as it keeps requesting an ID number of the policy holder. Why can't you just speak to a consultant even if you not a old mutual policy holder. I then go to website to get the branch addresses and I go your field street branch andwhen I get there, I canot see any signs on any buildings that say Old Mutual. Very Fustating!!!
I just need a financial advisior to assist me with my dads need...
