Discovery Insure
No assistance from discovery insure

I have recently found out that I do not have cover on my vehicles, however i called them in October, the call centre agent said another department will call me back, its themiddle of november and no-one got back to me.
This is putrid service.
Why don they call me and advise me of the insurance sitaution, instead of not calling.
