I would like to thank Dial Direct call centre for their 5 STAR service. It's the first in time in my 15 years driving experience that I am involved in an accident. When calling dial direct the person I dealt with was Mishqa she was friendly, concerned, very knowledgeable about the claiming process and very professional.
