FNB GETS HOPES UP FOR NOTHING!!!

On Saturday morning (16 November 2013), I applied online for a personal loan. I received a call from a Mr Mehluli Madi who did the application over the phone with me and he said I qualify for X amount and the said I must just go into the bank and update my profiles because they money would not be released because I had 2 profiles. He said the money would be in the same day. I rushed to get to the bank in time and I sat at the bank for almost an hour. I updated my profiles and I never heard from anyone and the money was not in. This morning (Monday I received a call from Mehluli to say he apologises that the money was not paid in but they had technical problems but the money will be in before the end of today. About an hour later, I received an sms to say my application was declined. I was so looking forward to getting my money today, I was already planning on paying off some of my debt and doing other personal things with the money and then I get told it was declined. TALK ABOUT GETTING YOUR HOPES UP FOR NOTHING!!! Get your facts straight!!!
