First National Bank
Client suffer due to FNB Erro

I made a loan at FNB and it was approved. When the money was supposed to pay out into my bank acc, they found out that I have 2 profiles. I went to the bank to rectify my profiles but they send me to home affairs to obtain a confirmation letter that I was married to Joubert.
I was married to M Joubert who passed away in 1990 and had a bank acc at FNB. I closed this acc, I think in 1993 or 1994. I married N Welsh in 1998 I went to FNB in 2011 and told them I had an acc with them in the 90's and would like to reactivate. The consultant told me there is nothing on the system and opened a new acc. Now that the loan must be paid into my bank acc, they refuse to pay it due to the 2 profiles. I went to Home affairs and they cannot give me a confirmation letter because the only details they can see is that I am married to Welsh. I did not keep the old marriage certificate and death certificate, because who would think that something like this will just come up after 21 years.
I feel that it is Unfair that I have to suffer due to an error of the branch. I need the money but have no proof that I was Joubert. My ID number is still the same.
