FNB not reversing an incorrect payment

I took a loan with African Bank to consolidate debt. I filled in all the paperwork on a Friday afternoon. Monday morning they call to say the loan has been paid. African Bank mistakenly paid R51 000.00 into my FNB loan account even though there was no written or verbal instruction to do so. Furthermore, the money had been paid to FNB before I even knew the loan application was successful. I informed FNB on the Monday morning that a mistake had been made and they were unwilling to do anything until the money reflected on their side. I sent them proof of payment on Wednesday. I have been calling FNB since. Thursday a representative said the money would be refunded within 48 hours if not by Friday. Friday they said it had been escalated and that it would be over the weekend. Then it was Monday. It has now been 9 days since I informed FNB about the mistake and I have yet to receive a phone call or e-mail from them stating that the problem is being seen to. Every time I talk to someone they say the same thing, it has been escalated. I wanted to talk to a manager today and was informed she was busy and that if I wanted to talk to her I could try again later in the day.
