I applied for a personal loan online 3 days ago, it was approved straight away and I was asked how would I like the payments to be deducted from my account. I had a few queries which I asked FNB to call me. I called them today 21/11/2013 and went through the application process again, which I have no clue why I had to and then get told sorry you have been declined. How can they approve you, want to put the money in your account straight away, and when you have a few queries you get declined.
I have been with FNB for 6 years and this is how they treat their customers.
