BAD SERVICE WITH AFFINITY INSURANCE

I HAD A CLAIM SINCE 10/07/2013 WICH IS NOT FINILISED TILL TODAY . I HAD AN ACCIDENT AT THE BACK OF MY CAR THE CLAIM WAS AUTHORISED AND IT WENT FOR REPAIRS BUT THE REPAIR COMPANY HAD TO SEND THE CAR TO THE AGENT BECAUSE THE ENGINE WAS NOT STARTING ALTHOUGHT THE AGENT TOOK ABOUT TWO MONTHS TO FIND THE PROBLEM . THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE MY VEHICLE IS NOT FIXED TILL TODAY THE INSURANCE SAID THEY WAITING FOR THE AMENDAD REPORT FROM THE ASSESSOR AND IVE BEEN PHONING THEM ITS BEEN 4MONTHS NOT HAVING MY CAR BACK AND IM PAYING FOR IT EVERY MONTH . THE AGENT IS PHONING ASKING FOR THE NEXT STEP . WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE IS THIS FOR 4 MONTHS PAYING FOR THE CAR THAT IS BROKEN AND THE CLAIM IS NOT FINILISED UNTIL TODAY? THEY MUST FIX MY CAR .IF THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB HOW CAN YOU HAVE A CLAIM FOR MORE THAN 4 MONTHS NOT FINILISED?
