I had a car accident 3 months ago. I was first told my car is written off. I was then contacted by 4 different persons asking for the same required info for the claim. Today more than 3 months after the accident i get told the car will be fixed but the claim is still by management for approval. When i wanted to speak to management i was told they are not available. I then contacted the salvage company where my car is standing who told me they gave requested for the car to be fetched by the panel beaters on 29 April 2013, but almost a month later it hasn't been done. The accident happened on 13 February 2013.
