I received a sms stating that my card was delivered to Pta Branch- after I stated it should be delivered at my office. Saturday I drove to Pta branch but no parking. Today I phoned and was on the line for more than an hour and a half..nobody could (would?) assist me. I was transfered to various other divisions and transferd again and again and again... when I explained to the (cant even remember the agents name) that I drove around and around saturday for more than half an hour to find parking..then I went home..the response I received maybe I should have driven around a little bit longer. I wanted my card to delivered at my office and stated it from the beginning. I also have questions regarding my loan and a sms I received that my balance is below R250..where in fact it is way WAY above... even here I couldnt get any help. I even sent an email..still no response... I am fed up with bad service and no service at all...
