Access facility on bonds

I have an access facility on my bond that has worked in the same manner for the last three years. After having my bond for over eight year with Nedbank - i am reviewing and considering changing. I always pay R4k into my bank additional over the bond - and use these funds as necessary. This facility was not made available in december - and now, even though I went to the bank and they advised this would be corrected on the 01st - this still isnt reflecting. Funny that - the debit order from my nedbank account hasnt cleared - so here is it sitting? they make sure they hang onto the money for over 7 working days? My advice to you all is if you have a nedbank bond and current account change one of them as it makes no difference - and also dont let them do a debit order - do either a transfer or direct payment yourself. I have phoned the bank 3 times and they really, in this day of competition dont know what service is about
