Disgusting service

Over the weekend I went to the Braamfontein branch of African Bank to get a credit card replacement and activation and I was met with what I would call "disgusting service" from a reputable service provider of African Bank's calibre. When I got into the branch I immediately noticed there was only one guy who was at his workstation. When I approached the guy with my story, he told me that the ladies who issue cards have bunked work as they were supposed to be there at 8 when the doors where opened for business but they were not there for some reason, probably due to babalaas I was told. I then went to the Hillbrow branch and I was told they needed a 3 month bank statement and I left to get a bank statement at Eastgate and while there I remembered there was also an African Bank branch and I then went there. On arrival I was told the system was down but the guy who was helping me there asked if I wanted to do an upgrade on the card and I refused and to my surprise when I got to the Northriding branch today to get a card they could only issue me with a gold card and I asked myself who did an upgrade for me without my consent? I still have not received a new card form Northriding either.
