I have tried to contact everyone in Rmb / ebucks but everyone jjust keeps passing the buck. I use the slow lounge every week and Rmb reverses the entry every week except for the month of October. They charged me R3250 for entires in the the slow lounge. If I knew I would be paying for the slow lounge, I would never use it as it's not value for money. No one. In Rmb or it's related partners are willing to help. This is the most disgusting service I have every experienced479026680333 from a private bank. I now have to waste time with the consumer protection act and the banking ombudsmen
