Being charged incorrectly

I was incorrectly charged while accessing the Slow Lounge and to date after over a month of trying to contact Zandile at the Private Suite, with no response, FNB still hasn't reversed the Slow Lounge entry fees. For Privates Clients the service is PATHETIC as this isn't the first time I been having problems with them.
