Just add our name to the list of complainants. It does not help to phone, or go to the office and sit and wait, the response is ALWAYS the same, NOTHING HAPPENING. I know of people who have forgotten they have had a surplus payment, and we are still waiting. Why cant they just pay out the lump sum due, according the statement they sent us, and then recalculate the interest and pay it. Now our payment has been with the "AUDITORS" for about 6 months. ANY person who has accounting background can calculate interest. Surely they can figure out for themselves, the quicker they pay out the less interest they are going to pay. But NO, I suppose the money in their account is better than in the POOR, DESPERATE, UNEMPLOYED peoples accounts. People who actually need the money. Do they think we are trying to get OUR MONEY just because - we want it because we need it, and besides it is OUR MONEY NOT THEIRS. Come on - lets all start legal action against these guys, and force them to pay us. Is the only way to get OUR money going to be to organise a PROTEST MARCH. WE WANT OUR MONEY
