I am HIGHLY UPSET about my credit card account.
I was told when applying for the account, that if I paid the full amount up within 55 days, that the account would be INTEREST FREE!!! I have subsequently noticed that by using R14000 and paying in R14000, within 55days, I have been charged R189 cash deposit fee, plus interest!!! This is ABSOLUTE BULL!!! Busisiwe Khumalo has explained that any cash transaction takes a deposit and interest fee. HOW ELSE DOES A PERSON PAY OFF THEIR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT DOING A TRANSFER OR CASH DEPOSIT???
Please explain how I pay R13.20 to transfer money out of the account, but YOU CHARGE R189 PLUS INTEREST TO PAY THE MONEY BACK IN??? I have paid MORE THAN ENOUGH INTO THIS ACCOUNT on 1 March, to cover my expenses for Feb, plus a further R1000 which is used to pay for petrol. So essentially, I am using my OWN MONEY AT THE MOMENT!!! But due to your money making schemes I am STILL OWING???
ANY way to make money out of honest, debt free customers.
No wonder people are in a financial MESS with these things!!! Due to hidden charges, and undisclosed information!!!
