So after numerous complaints to which the last one I haven't heard anything back from you (apology etc), I get notified that you have credited my Telkom account with the amount incorrectly debited about two weeks ago.
Thanks, however you've forgotten you owe me interest. If you take funds from someones account in error due to your incorrect billing (which went on for 3-4 months) then you owe that person the interest.
My account earns a rate of 5% on credit balances pro-rata'd. So the R999.97 which you had for a few weeks in December and the /- R200 which you overbilled me and kept for about 13 days - you can calculate the interest on that. You will then credit my BANK account not my TELKOM account as it is my money, not the thieving Telkoms money. I have also not had a response with regards to my debit order cancellation request and you continue to debit my account. Please ensure that someone other than Nombu Lelo phones me - as she must cause you more complaints than she can solve.
