Lets start from the beginning. We leased the house from you for two years. Contract signed everyting, only to be called a few months later to say that the place is up for sale and we need to get out. We were never told that the place is up for sale other wise we would not have taken it. Now we moved out and are waiting for the Deposit to be refunded back to us. Everytime we mail, sms try to call to no avail. But Melanie is very quick to e-mail us to say what the water bill came to. There is just never any response no time limit as to when our money will be refunded.. But hey you dont care!!! I hope you are reading this very very carefully if our money is not paid back by tomorrow 12:00 legal action will be taken. As per your clause in the contract: The balance of the damages deposit and accrued interest, if any, shall be refunded to the TENANT not later than 14 (Fourteen) days of restoration of the PREMISES. Should no amounts be due in terms of the lease, the deposit and accrued interest, shall be refunded to the TENANT within 7 (seven) day. I assume you can read and can see you are in the wrong and legal steps can be taken against you. Last chance to respond to us!
