Cant get answers

I keep on phoning to hear about the prosess of my profident fund but they keep on giving me the same answer and tell me to phone back in 2 weeks! Each time i phone they say itsthey are waiting for bank conformation but the bank says they dont know about this and they all ready filled in the confermation letter witch i handed in! I need answers as to when i will recieve the money
