I was retrenched ifrom the 1st April and was told that the provident fund takes 4 months from time I was retrenched. I have spoken to Rochelle @ Mibfa which tried her best to help me but customer services never got back to me. I was told several times it would be in 2 weeks but nothing yet. Last week I was told it was sars problem and the monies will definitely be in by the friday. Its monday again and nothing yet. When I phone today I was told I have to wait another 2 weeks and then the monies will be in. I am getting sceptical as to what happened to my money cos u hear a lot how people get out of money. Very poor service for a financial company . :-(
