I am an old customer of old mutual a month back i went to submit a claim i wanted to cash my retirement fund with them and submitted all the paper work they wanted and i was told payout will b within two weeks because the have to first take it to the SARS to see if i dont owe anything them after that i will receive a payout once SARS is done. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH NW everytime i go to old mutual i am being told that it is still with SARS, i mean SARS cannot take so long for them to take what is due to them and give the rest to me instead the impression they give me at old mutual is the "i dont care ettitude' THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME ANSWERS and i am sick and tired of going there and not getting any answers. ALL I WANT IS ANSWERS AS TO WHAT IS THE DELY and answers as to when can i expect a payout because two weeks has long passed and still no feedback as to what is happening.please help
